Luxembourg: property prices continue to rise

According to STATEC (National Institute of Statistic and Economic Studies of Luxembourg) the average price for an apartment in Luxembourg in 2011 is now EUR 3.950 per square meter.

Compared to 2010 the price for a second hand apartment increased by 1,2% to EUR 3.600 per square meter while the price for a new apartment decreased 0,6% to EUR 4.480.
